Warm up
“Musical Med balls”

Then workout prep
2-3 sets
Begin with an empty BB, light ball and light Kb then work up to working weight

10 STO
10 Wallballs
10 FS
10 KB Swings

Training
In teams of two
One partner must hold the barbell off the ground the entire time. The barbell must never touch the ground.
-40 Burpee over bar penalty –

30 Min AMRAP
“No retreat, No Surrender”
20 STO (95/65)
20 Wall Balls (20/14)
800 Meter run
20 Front Squats (95/65)
40 Russian KB Swings (70/53)

Divide the work up as a team. It does not have to be an even split. Strategize with your teammate on how to divide the work load.
