In teams of 2, with a 40-minute cap:

1000m row
50 thrusters (95/65)
30 pull ups

Then:
2 rounds of
400m run, together
30 OHS (95/65)

Then:
24-18-12 reps of
Power cleans (135/95)
Ring dips

Then:
AMRAP wall balls in remaining time
