Partner AMRAP in 25 minutes:
20 wall balls (20/14)
20 power snatches (95/65)
20 overhead barbell lunges (95/65)
20 sit-ups
20 pull-ups
20 ring dips
20 shoulder to overhead (95/65)
At the 5 minute mark, 20 synchronized burpees.
At the 10 minute mark, 400m run together.
At the 20 minute mark, 20 synchronized burpees.
Partners alternate movements. The partner that starts the movement must do all 20 reps.
