Juan is leaving for Basic Training next month and it’s time to say our goodbyes! We’ll bid him adieu with today’s workout and drinks Sunday.

Stop by Shorty’s (1st Avenue between 87th and 88th) 3 p.m. Sunday to wish him well. We’ll miss you, Juan!

Performance
In 40 minutes, 5 rounds for time:
40 burpees
40 pull-ups
30 hang power snatches (115/75)
30 front squats (115/75)
200m run

Fitness
In 40 minutes, 5 rounds for time:
40 burpees
40 jumping pull-ups
40 dumbbell ground to overhead
40 goblet squats
200m run

Split reps however you choose. Run together.
