In teams of 2:
36 minute EMOM
Minute 1 – 10 bar-facing burpees + 5 power snatches (95/65)
Minute 2 – 10 toes to bar + 10 thrusters (95/65)
Minute 3 – 10 push ups + 8 hang squat cleans (95/65)
Sequence is as follows:
Partner 1 does 10 burpees, partner 2 does 5 snatches.
Partner 1 does 10 toes to bar, partner 2 does 10 thrusters.
Partner 1 does 10 push ups, partner 2 does 8 hang squat cleans.
On the next round, partners switch and alternate each round.
