Round 1:
Run 400m together
Then, working at the same time
Partner 1 – 15 snatches (any style, 135/95)
Partner 2 – 30 wall balls (20/14)
Then, splitting reps however you choose
50 toes to bar
50 KBS (53/35)

Round 2:
Run 400m together
Then, working at the same time
Partner 1 – 30 wall balls
Partner 2 – 15 snatches
Then, splitting reps however you choose
200 double unders
100 sit ups

Then
80 calorie row, split however you choose
30 burpees, in unison
