50 toes to bar
40 overhead squats (115/75)
40 KBS (70/53)
30 handstand push ups
30 dumbbell snatches (50/35)
20 single-arm overhead DB lunge, right arm
20 single-arm overhead DB lunge, left arm
10 bear complex (115/75)
10 bar muscle ups*
*Scales for bar MU: 10 C2B pull ups + 10 ring dips; 10 jumping C2B pull ups + 10 jumping ring dips
Once you finish the bar muscle ups, rest 2 minutes and do it again, starting from the bottom.
