Saturday, Oct. 20 CrossFit Workout of the Day
In teams of two, for time:
1-2-3….10 reps of
KB snatch (each arm, 53/35)
Ring dips
Front squat (135/95)
Box jump (30/24)
This workout is performed “you go I go” style. Partner 1 does one snatch per arm, then partner 2 does one snatch per arm. Then partner 1 does one ring dip, then partner 2 does one ring dip, and so on. Keep going in this manner until both partners finish the round of 10 box jumps.
