4 squat cleans (185/125)
6 synchronized bar-facing burpees
4 shoulder to overhead
6 squat cleans
8 synchro bar-facing burpees
6 shoulder to overhead
8 squat cleans
10 synchro bar-facing burpees
8 shoulder to overhead
10 squat cleans
12 synchro bar-facing burpees
Then:
200 double unders
100 air squats, alternating reps
80 KBS (53/35)
60 box jump overs
40 calorie row
20 manmakers, alternating reps (30/20)
Weight for the shoulder to overhead and squat cleans should be heavy!
