Warm Up

7 minutes:
5 cat/cow stretches
10 pass thrus
10 OHS
5 drop snatch
5 snatch grip Sotts press
:20 thread the needle/side

Strength

15 minute EMOM
Snatch x 1

Start at 75% and increase weight every 5 minutes for the first 10 minutes. For the last 5 minutes, increase weight each minute.

Conditioning

Open Workout 12.1

7 minute AMRAP
Burpees

Set up a target 6” above standing reach and jump to touch target with both hands at the top of each rep.
