Warm up
3 rounds:
30 second handstand hold
10 push ups
15 hollow rocks

Strength/Skill
4 sets:
10 strict/weighted ring dips
8 strict/weighted pull ups
25 double unders

Rest as needed between sets

Conditioning
Death by Burpees: At the top of the first minute, do 1 burpee. At the top of the second minute, do 2 burpees. Continue adding 1 burpee every minute until you can’t compete the work within the given minute.
