Warm up
5 rounds:
5 pull ups
5 push ups
10 squats

Strength
12-minute EMOM:
Minute 1 – 5 bench/floor press (ascending)
Minute 2 – 5 deadlifts (60-65%)

Conditioning
20 minute AMRAP:
10 strict hspu
15 knees to elbows
20 pistols

Sub strict KB press for hspu
Modify movement and/or reps for pistols as needed
