Muscle up transitions

Performance
3 rounds for time:
10 KBS (70/53)
10 burpee muscle ups

Sub for burpee muscle ups are as follows:
10 burpee pull ups + 10 ring dips
10 burpees + 10 ring rows + 10 hand release push ups
