Warm up
6 Min AMRAP
10 Hollow Rocks
20 Double Unders
10 Pass Thru’s (PVC)
10 prisoner Squats on wall
10 thru the window (Kipping Practice)

Strength/Skill
3 Rounds
30 secs
30 secs rest
HSPU (Kipping is allowed)
Strict pull ups

Training (Met-Con)
3 Rounds of
6 Min Ladder
2-4-6-8-10….
Burpee Box Jumps (24/20)
Toes to bar
3 Min Rest between rounds

Begin each round from the bottom of the ladder. The idea is to beat your previous round. You receive 3 min rest between rounds.

One guess what that means. GO HARD!

Score is total # of rounds and reps
