20 Mins Open gym
Mobility or skill focus

Training
24 Min EMOM
Perform each movement at the top of the minute
MIN 1 15 MB Cleans (20/14)
Min 2 10 TTB
Min 3 15 KB Swings (53/35)
Min 4 10 Plank ups
Continue on until the 24 mins are up

The goal is to be done with the work with time left to rest. Preferably 10-15 secs
Scale reps appropriately

  1. I’m ok with being the first and likely only person to comment on this wod because I’m stoked. Got TTB today… pretty sure a few of them were “no reps” but… still. Toes – hit – the – bar on more occassions than not! Eff yah! I now officially understand why so many people rip on those dang things – ouch!
