10 scapular pull-ups
10 push-ups
10 overhead reverse lunges

Gymnastics
Handstands

Strength
Every 2 minutes for 5 rounds:
2 Romanian squats + 2 Russian step-ups

Conditioning
Performance
“Grace”
30 clean & jerks for time (135/95)
*Power cleans will be allowed

Fitness
2 rounds for time:
15 power cleans
15 push presses
