We’re teaming up with Susan G. Komen and Row House for Circuit for the Cure on Sunday, Sept. 9.

Classes are 8:30, 9:30, and 10:30 AM at the Band Shell in Central Park. We’re throwing down with High Intensity Interval Training using kettlebells, rowing, floor work, dumbbells, battle ropes and more!

18 minutes to complete 4 rounds of:
400m run
8 staggered DB OH/front rack lunge (right arm up, left front rack)
8 staggered DB OH/front rack lunge (left arm up, right front rack)
16 burpees over dumbbell

Rest 2 minutes

18 minutes to complete 4 rounds of:
400m row/ski*
8 KB snatch, right arm
8 KB snatch, left arm
16 KB thrusters

*Must do 2 rounds row, 2 rounds ski
