Mobility: Open up those lats and shoulders to start the Strict Press cycle off on the right foot. You can also use a lacrosse ball for the overhead mobs shown in the clip.

Warm up

5 strict pull ups
10 push ups
10 supermans
10 close grip OHS

30 hang power snatches (75/55)
20 toes to bar
30 overhead squats (75/55)
20 burpees
