5 deadlifts
5 hang power cleans
5 front squats
5 push press
5 devil press

21 goblet squats

9 push ups
Rest 2 minutes
10 minutes to complete:
100 double unders/200 singles
80 mountain climbers
60 lunges
40 toes to bar/knees to elbows/v-ups
20 burpee box jumps
