Mobility: What we do outside of the gym has its effects on how we perform inside the gym. Talking about sleep and bed position. As we sleep, we should be relaxing the body, not stressing it out. Kelly Starrett reviews bed positions and what to avoid when getting that beauty rest.
Every minute on the minute for 10 minutes:
Minute 1 – 12 dumbbell thrusters
Minute 2 – 12 dumbbell snatches
Rest 2 minutes
Every minute on the minute for 10 minutes:
Minute 1 – 15/12 calorie row
Minute 2 – 12 burpees over erg
Rest 2 minutes
Every minute on the minute for 10 minutes:
Minute 1 – 3 wall climbs (or 15 push ups)
Minute 2 – 20 hollow rocks
Rest 2 minutes
Every minute on the minute for 10 minutes:
Minute 1 – 12/10 calorie ski erg or assault bike
Minute 2 – 20 KBS
