Mobility: Split jerks require stability and mobility – get your thoracic spine, hips and shoulders.

Warm up
3 rounds:
10 KB front rack walking lunges
10 KB overhead presses
15 hollow rocks

Skill
Split jerk clinic

Most will work with PVC pipes and empty barbells.
Experienced lifters will stay light and work speed and proper positions.

Conditioning
3 rounds for time:
400m run
20 KB snatch (53/35, 10/arm)
15 abmat sit-ups
