Thursday, June 6th EVF 360 Workout of the Day

Attention strength crew! The strength programming will be adjusted going forward to complement our new CrossFit cycle. Deadlifts will now take place on Mondays, Wednesdays will be bench press, and Saturdays will be squat and shoulder press. Want to get some experience with the barbell but not sure where to start? Our strength class with Coach Joe and Coach Jenna is the best way to learn the basics!
