Mobility: Today’s mobility focuses on the compression portion (catch) in the row and mobilizing the necessary components in order to maintain the proper upright position. As with many things in the gym, these mobilizations can also be used to better the bottom position of the deadlift.

Warm up
3 rounds:
10 overhead walking lunges
10 v-ups
10 push ups

Strength/Skill
3 sets:
8 Turkish get-ups (4/side)
10 strict toes to bar
8 strict/weighted ring dips

Conditioning
2 rounds:
1k row
Rest 30 seconds
500m row

1:1 work:rest between rounds
Both the 1k and 500 should be max effort
