EVF Mobility offers members dedicated time to improve and maintain joint, muscle and connective tissue health. This 60-minute course focuses on common movement errors that can cause injury and reduce an athlete’s speed, power, endurance and strength.
Our certified coaches will take athletes through various techniques to increase flexibility, enhance range of motion, alleviate chronic muscle tension and minimize pain.
*All attendees MUST bring their own lacrosse ball and peanut/MobilityWOD Gemini. We will provide resistance bands.*
Warm up
3 rounds not for time:
10 scapular pull-ups
10 push-ups
10 overhead reverse lunges

Every 2 minutes for 4 rounds:
3 romanian squats + 3 russian step ups
