Mobility: This video offers a lot of options for mobilizing for overhead squatting. Most of us don’t have time to put in the time to get through the whole routine, so find a couple that suit you and definitely try them out before the WOD.

Warm up
3 rounds not for time:
25 double unders
5 ring speed swings
2 wall walks

Strength
Every :90 x 6: (3) TNG power snatch + (2) OHS

Conditioning
Performance
14-minute AMRAP:
15 OHS (95/65)
12 burpees
9 ring dips

Fitness
14-minute AMRAP:
15 front squats
12 step ups
9 push-ups
