10 burpees
30 second handstand or plank hold

Strict/weighted pull ups: 3x max effort, less than or equal to 10

28 pistols, alternating
15 power cleans (115/80)

Fitness
4 rounds for time:
28 goblet lunges
15 hang power cleans
