At home mobility: Fix your triceps with T-Nation’s 4 simple steps.

Warm-up
400m run, then 3 rounds of:
Strict “Cindy” (5 strict pull-ups, 10 push-ups, 15 squats)

Strength/Skill
4 rounds for quality:
4 Turkish get-ups (2/side)
8 strict ring dips
12 weighted step ups(6/leg)
30-second handstand hold at wall

Conditioning
3 rounds for time:
20 box jumps (24/20)
15 pull-ups
10 burpees
