Throwback Thursday to Coach Nicole hangin’ with Cami Leblanc-Bazinet.

 

Warm up
3 rounds not for time:
250m row
2 wall walks
:30 hollow hold

Strength
A1. Strict press
2×3 across
1 set max effort (same weight), no more than 6 reps

A2. 3×2 weighted pull-up

Conditioning
Performance
“Gwen”
Clean & jerk, 15-12-9 reps

These are completely unbroken sets. You choose the weight and the style of clean and jerk (power or squat, push or split). Touch and go at floor only, even a re-grip off the floor is a foul and you must begin the set again. No dumping. Use the same load for each set, and rest as needed between sets.

Fitness
Clean & jerk, 15-12-9 reps

Sets need not be unbroken. Rest as needed. Rest 3 minutes in between sets.
