Turkish Get-up w KB

2 Practice sets of 10 w/out KB

3 Working Sets of 10

rest 2 mins between sets

If there is no break down in form, the coach will allow the athlete to go heavier

20 KB swings 53/35lb

20 Double Unders

800 Meter row

30 KB swings 53/35LB

30 Double Unders

600 meter row

40 KB swings 53/35LB

40 Double Unders
