Ummm… When a WOD/warm-up replaces a Drinking Game set to one of the greatest bands of all time… that is a good day indeed. So do we air squat continuously and then do a burpee each time the word “thunder” is said, or would that be the “finisher”?

Decided to do double the sit-ups so my total cal row was only 80! Already sore!!
