Visited a local Vegas gym today. Lucky me the wod was for time 10 rounds of 10 thrusters(95), 10 pullups and 10 boxjumps. Crazy!

. The gym was called crossfit New You located like 1,5 miles from MGM. Pretty ok.

I liked this workout today! 6 rounds + 200m. Lots of sweat.
8 full rounds, went for 200m run with 35 seconds left. So almost 8 full rounds..
