Really loved the ab focus this morning!
Things I can’t do:
1. 200 pushups
2. Lateral raises/sideways V-ups
Loveddd the ab portion of today, especially with Brett’s grunting signaling me that the 45 secs were almost over. HATED the one million pushups of the second portion that I clearly scaled down and my triceps still hurt. But love box jumps and KB swings so overall it was a win.
I agree with everyone above. This was a fun one even if I scaled down the push ups and was horrible at keeping track of the number of reps I got from one minute to the next. My chesticles will be sore tomorrow for sure. Great job 6:00am!
I missed Jason and Melissa! Damnnnn. I’m totally doing this ab workout the next time I’m there. Tomorrow morning..?!?!
