200 meter run
10 Burpees
20 Sit ups
400 Meter run

20 Sit ups
600 meter run
30 Burpees
20 Sit ups
800 meter run
40 Burpees
20 Sit ups
Climb the ladder as high as you can.
If you get beyond this point you totally get to begin at the bottom of the ladder and try to get as high as you can again. Yes I said Again. “Embrace the suck”

I got through 1 full round, then a second full 200 and 400 round and a second round of the 600 m run plus 18 burpees.

I think you can tell a lot about a person based on whether they instinctively run to 1st ave and back on 85th Street, or if they go 86th Street.
Think about it.
i’m too tired to think. i don’t even remember how i got to work.
86th has more room but also more dog poop and the scent of hot urine. 85th Street has less room but you have to run uphill to get to it.
Think about it.
86th all the way, I dont trust 85th’rs, living in the shadows, feel like they are trying to hide something
86th street. Give me poop over uphill running every time. #strategy
also 85th sometimes has a homeless guy on that bench right around the corner.. especially when it’s still dark out
85th. I’d rather run uphill at the start of my run than at the end of my run. Plus it’s home.
No way 85th much better. It has Shade and a newly paved street.
Always 86th street… it’s a lot roomier… but the humidity plus the smell from the garbage piles really made this SUCK

You’re all “freaks” for making it so far at 5AM! Congrats guys! I was stupendously happy with making it through that second 200m run — albeit this was at noon and therefore heat stroke was definitely looming! Yikes! #showinsomelovefromthewestside (PS – you guys think your hills are rough, come visit us over here sometime… two flights of stairs to get TO your run, followed by a hill that makes the eastside look flat on the way back! #embracethesuck)
Oh what’s up Left Side? If we had two flights of stairs and then an uphill run, I’d suddenly feel the need to row.
