7 OH Alt Lunges w a plate
7 Box Jumps
7 Push ups
Rest 3 Mins
At the start of the 10 Min Mark Complete
50 Burpees 2 Plate
40 Plate Ground to over head
30 Burpees 2 Plate
20 Plate Ground to over head
10 Burpees 2 Plate
10 Ground to over head
Then rest 4 Mins
Partner up and row for max Cals in the remaining time.
Only 1 partner can row at a time.
