Workout of the day
“Ground and pound”
In a running clock of 30 Mins
7 Min AMRAP
7 OH Alt Lunges w a plate
7 Box Jumps
7 Push ups

Rest 3 Mins

At the start of the 10 Min Mark Complete
50 Burpees 2 Plate
40 Plate Ground to over head
30 Burpees 2 Plate
20 Plate Ground to over head
10 Burpees 2 Plate
10 Ground to over head

Then rest 4 Mins

Partner up and row for max Cals in the remaining time.

Only 1 partner can row at a time.

  1. not really sure what to report – other than the fact that i’m going to fail my presentations today because my legs can’t handle my body weight.

    got through 93 cals with max!

    I would also like to apologize to 1RepMax, a hobbled 1RepMax still crushes a well rested BStern any day of the week, except Thursdays, Thursdays are my jam!

  4. That one time I did 360, walked a mile home to the elevator in my building being out so I walked 18 flights. Today. Oof.
