400m run, then 3 rounds:
20 air squats
15 sit-ups
10 burpees

Conditioning
Tabata
20 seconds on, 10 seconds off for 8 rounds each movement:
Row
Rest 2 minutes
Burpees
Rest 2 minutes
Wall balls

Rest 4 minutes

15-minute AMRAP:
400m run
30 KB swings
30 sit-ups
