Barbell Warm Up
2 rounds:
5 snatch grip deadlifts
5 snatch pulls
5 muscle snatches
5 power snatches
5 snatch balance
5 snatches

Strength
Snatch first pull + snatch
5 x (1+2)

Conditioning
For time:
30 DB step ups* (50/35, 24/20)
20 KBS (70/53)
100 double unders
20 KBS
30 DB step ups

*Perform step ups with one dumbbell. At least one hand must be in contact with the dumbbell at all times.
