Time to focus and really work on those double unders before the Open starts in October. Here are a few great tips from WODprep to use as you’re working on this frustrating (and often painful) skill!

Warm Up

7 minutes:
200m ski
5 inchworms
10 walking lunges
10 DB presses
5 burpee broad jumps

Strength

Strict press
70%x5
75%x3
80%x3*

*After the third rep of your last set, go immediately into a push press for max reps at that weight.

Conditioning

20 minute AMRAP
50 double unders
40 wall balls (20/14)
30 toes to bar
20 shoulder to overhead (135/95)
10 hang power snatches (135/95)
