Mobility: You can never have too many hips openers. Boxlife Magazine gives 4 yoga moves that will surely increase that hip mobility.

1 round of:
75 double unders/150 singles
50 DB snatches
30 DB/KB clusters

Rest 3 minutes

Then, 3 rounds of:
20 weighted sit ups
20 overhead lunges
10 burpee pull ups (or 10 burpees & 10 ring rows)

Rest 3 minutes

Then, 5 rounds of:
20 calorie row
15 DB/KB push press
