Warm Up

7 minutes:
10/8 calorie ski
5 burpee broad jumps
:20 top ring dip support
10 Russian KBS
10 KB Romanian deadlifts

Strength

Strict press
80%x3
85%x2
90%x1*

*After your single at 90%, go immediately into a push press for max reps at that weight.

Conditioning

3 rounds for max reps:
1 minute ring dips
1 minute KBS (53/35)
1 minute burpees
1 minute DB push press (50/35)
1 minute deadlifts (225/155)

Rest 1 minute between rounds
