Mobility: Pull-ups and push-ups are going to light up your biceps and triceps. Learn how to mobilize them and reduce some of the DOMS.

Warm up
500m row, then

2 rounds of:
10 scap push ups
10 kip swings
:20/:20 Samson stretch

2 rounds of:
5 strict pull ups
:20 hollow hold
:20 superman hold

WOD
“Barbara”
5 rounds, each for time
20 pull ups
30 push ups
40 sit ups
50 squats

Rest 3 minutes between rounds.
