Mobility: We are all so busy in our daily lives, but we need to find time for mobilization! Check out this quick video. Pick one exercise from each category, perform 5 to 10 reps and cycle through them for 5 minutes.
12 minute EMOM:
Minute 1 – 12-15 calorie row
Minute 2 – 12 pull-ups/ring rows
Minute 3 – 8 burpee box jumps
Rest 2 minutes
12 minute EMOM:
Minute 1 – 10 KBS
Minute 2 – 15 goblet squats
Minute 3 – 15 push-ups
Rest 2 minutes
12 minute EMOM:
Minute 1 – 3 wall walks
Minute 2 – 12 DB/KB push press
Minute 3 – 20 lunges
