8 rounds, 30 minute cap
1 hill sprint
2 wall climbs
300m row
4 burpee box jumps/steps
5 KB thrusters
6 overhead lunges (each leg)
7 med ball clean wall balls
8 knees to elbows/toes to bar/weighted v ups

Notes:
-Holiday Party will be on 12/19 at the Empire Hotel
-EVF Battle of the Fittest Part Deux January 10th at CFCC
