200m ski
5 pass thrus
5 push ups
5 kip swings
10 jump squats

Strength
Push press
3×5
2×8

You will use week 4’s heavy five weight for the 3×5.
You will use 90% of your heavy five weight for your 2×8.

Conditioning
Death by…
Toes to bar
Dumbbell snatch (50/35)

First minute, perform 1 toes to bar + 1 snatch.
Second minute, perform 2 toes to bar + 2 snatches.
Continue adding one rep each minute until you’re unable to complete all reps within the minute.
