Mobility: Here’s a quick upper cervical (neck) release to help relieve those experiencing headaches, neck pain, tension or tightness in the neck. Simple to do and effective.
Part 1
Every 3 minutes for 12 minutes:

Continue adding 2 reps every 3 minutes.
