5 supermans + PVC pass thru
5 scap pull ups
10 good mornings

Strength
Push press: 4×6

You will use 85% of your 5RM from last week for all sets.

Conditioning
12 minute AMRAP:
8 strict pull ups
6 strict handstand push ups
8 DB snatches (50/35)
50 double unders
