Looking to improve your performance in the gym? Check out EVF Moblity on the Upper East Side, Mondays at 8:30 p.m. and Sundays at 1 p.m.

EVF Mobility offers members instructor-led, dedicated time, to improve and maintain joint, muscle and connective tissue health. This 60-minute course focuses on common movement errors that can cause injury and reduce an athlete’s speed, power, endurance and strength, and teaches athletes how to best maintain natural function.

Our certified coaches will take athletes through various techniques to increase flexibility, enhance range of motion, alleviate chronic muscle tension and minimize pain.

Special emphasis will be given to Dr. Kelly Starrett’s systematic approach by incorporating pressure wave, contract and relax, and compression technique.

*All attendees MUST bring their own lacrosse ball and peanut/MobilityWOD Gemini. We will provide resistance bands.*
