Warm Up
1 round:
400m run
10 ring rows
5 burpee broad jumps
10 scap push ups
10 walking lunges
Workout
“Barbara”
5 rounds for time
20 pull ups
30 push ups
40 sit ups
50 air squats
Rest 3 minutes between rounds.
