5 barbell shoulder press
5 push ups to downward dog
:20 hollow hold
5 scap pull ups
10 ring rows
Strength
Push press (from floor)
5-5-5-5
Weighted or strict pull up
5-5-5-5
Superset the push press & pull ups. Rest 2 minutes between sets.
Warm up to a challenging weight and perform all sets across.
