Warm Up
2 rounds:
5 pass thrus
:20 squat stretch
10 jump squats
5 PVC front squats
:20 box shoulder stretch

Strength/Skill
Squat clean
5-3-2-2-1

Build to first working weight for workout.

Conditioning
For time:
5 strict handstand push ups
5 squat cleans (185/125)
10 handstand push ups
10 squat cleans (155/105)
20 ring dips
20 squat cleans (135/95)
40 push ups
40 squat cleans (95/65)
