Warm Up

10 superman pass thrus
5/5 single-arm OHS
:30 box shoulder stretch
Strength
Front squat: 65%, 3×3
Conditioning
For time:
500m run
20 pull ups
40 overhead squats (45/35)
20 DB clean & jerk (50/35)*
40 overhead squats
20 pull ups
